Terms of Service

Welcome to iDesign Platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person.

2. Credits

iDesign Platform runs on a credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when you run a tool. Credits never expire. Failed jobs are refunded automatically — if our model fails to produce an output, the credits are returned to your balance.

Credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Promotional credits granted by us may have additional terms attached.

3. Your content & outputs

You retain ownership of everything you upload and generate. You grant us a limited license to store and process your inputs and outputs solely to provide the service (e.g. running an image through a model, storing the result so you can come back to it).

You're responsible for making sure your inputs don't infringe anyone's rights. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use iDesign Platform to:

  • Generate sexual content involving minors, real-person nonconsensual sexual content, or content that incites violence.
  • Generate fraud, deepfakes intended to deceive, or impersonate identifiable real people without consent.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to abuse our infrastructure.
  • Resell raw API access without a separate written agreement.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Underlying AI models change, providers go down, things break. We'll do our best to communicate when they do.

6. Termination

You can stop using iDesign Platform at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice in the product.
