- How many credits does each tool cost?
- Anywhere from 1 to 4 credits per generation. The full table is right above this section. The exact cost is also shown on every tool page before you generate.
- What happens if a generation fails?
- Credits are refunded automatically — usually within seconds. You'll see a 'refund' line in your billing history and your balance restored. No support ticket required.
- Do credits really never expire?
- Yes. Buy 2,000 credits today, use them in three years. We don't reset balances and we don't bill you monthly.
- Can I use the outputs commercially?
- Yes. You own everything you generate and can use it in client work, products, marketing, prints — anything. See our Terms for the precise license.
- Is there a free trial?
- Better than a trial — sign up and 20 credits land in your account immediately. No card needed.
- Can I get a refund on a credit pack?
- If you haven't used a single credit from a pack, email us within 14 days for a full refund. Once any credits are used, packs are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
- Do you support team accounts?
- Not yet. Today every account is for one person. Team / shared-balance support is on the roadmap — let us know if you'd use it.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards via Stripe Checkout. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link are supported in compatible browsers.
