Refund Policy

Failed jobs are refunded automatically

If a generation fails for any reason — model error, timeout, missing output — the credits are returned to your balance immediately. You don't need to ask. Check your billing history if you ever want to verify.

Pack purchases

Credit packs are pay-once, no subscription. Because credits don't expire and can be used at any time, packs are non-refundable once any portion has been consumed.

If you buy a pack and have not used a single credit, email us within 14 days and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Disputes

If something looks wrong on your bill, email billing@idesignplatform.com before opening a chargeback. We resolve almost everything within a couple of working days.

Outage credits

If a sustained outage prevents you from using credits you've purchased, we'll grant make-good credits or process a partial refund — whichever you prefer.
