Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

iDesign Platform is a creative tool. Most uses are great. A small number of uses are off-limits because they harm people, break the law, or undermine the service. This page lists them clearly so there's no ambiguity.

Things you must not do

Sexual content involving minors

Generating, soliciting, or storing sexual content involving anyone under 18 — real or fictional — is forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required by law.

Non-consensual sexual content of real people

No deepfake nudes. No sexual depictions of identifiable real people without their explicit consent.

Targeted harassment & doxxing

Don't use iDesign Platform to harass, intimidate, or expose private information about a specific person.

Deception & fraud

  • No deepfakes of real people created to deceive (fake political statements, fabricated quotes, falsified evidence).
  • No counterfeit currency, IDs, certificates, signatures, or official documents.
  • No images designed to facilitate scams (fake invoices, fake screenshots of transactions, etc.).

Violence, hate, and self-harm

  • No content glorifying or inciting violence against people or groups.
  • No content promoting self-harm or suicide.
  • No content depicting real-world cruelty for shock value.
  • No symbols or imagery of designated terrorist groups used for promotion.

Illegal activity

Don't use iDesign Platform to plan, facilitate, or promote anything that's illegal where you live or where the people in the content are.

Infrastructure abuse

  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to extract our model weights or pricing logic.
  • No automated abuse, credential-sharing, or working around rate limits.
  • No reselling raw API access without a written agreement with us.
  • No malicious uploads (malware, exploits, content designed to crash the renderer).

Intellectual property

Don't upload material you don't have the right to use. If you're trying to mimic a living artist's style for commercial work, get their permission first.

Reporting abuse

If you encounter content or behavior on iDesign Platform that violates this policy, email abuse@idesignplatform.com. CSAM goes straight to csam@idesignplatform.com and is escalated immediately.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend accounts, refuse service, or — in serious or repeated cases — terminate access without refund. For illegal content, we cooperate with law enforcement.

We try to be reasonable. Edge cases happen. If your account is restricted and you believe it's a mistake, reply to the notification and a human will review it.
