Privacy Policy

We try to collect as little as possible — just what's needed to make the product work and keep it improving.
What we collect
- Account info: email address (required to sign in), name and avatar from Google when you sign in with Google.
- Usage: records of jobs you run (which tool, when, success/failure), credit ledger entries, and your uploads/outputs stored in our object storage.
- Billing: Stripe handles payments end-to-end. We store the Stripe checkout session ID and pack purchased — never your card details.
- Analytics (optional, opt-in): if you accept the cookie banner, we use PostHog to understand how the product is used. You can decline and the rest of the product works the same.
How we use it
- To run the tools you ask us to run, and store the outputs so you can come back.
- To bill you for credit packs and refund failed jobs.
- To send transactional emails (magic links, receipts). We don't send marketing email by default.
- To debug, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Your rights
You can export your data, request deletion, or revoke analytics consent at any time. Email privacy@idesignplatform.com.
Retention
We keep your account and your generated assets for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your personal data and assets within 30 days. Aggregated usage data may be retained longer.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept the banner.
